- The TTA Alumni Club is a new student organization designed to assist the office of Development with interfacing with the Alumni of the school.
- The TTA Alumni Club will be responsible for working with the Development Director performing the following duties:
- Assist with Alumni functions, events, newsletter, reunions
- Assist with Alumni Annual Fund
- Assist with Phonathon
- Assist with Development aspect of Homecoming
- Research/Data entry
- Set appointments for Development Director
- Development of Alumni outreach programs
- Various Alumni/Development functions as needed
- The inaugural club will begin immediately pending personal interviews conducted by Development Director.
- The Alumni Club will meet and function out of the Office of Development located on the second floor in Room 243. It will have it’s own computer system and internet access.
- The alumni play a crucial role in the future of TTA. We are where we are today because of the absence of a structured proactive alumni association. To move ahead with increased funding, new sport’s programs, new facilities, new technology, we need the involvement and support of our alumni. The benefits of being involved in the club as a student are:
- High level of involvement in developing new programs for TTA.
- Ground floor opportunity for future employment opportunities
- College/career resume builder
- Enhance career and life skill sets
- Assisting in leaving a legacy for TTA.
- The club will be limited to 4 students: 2 Seniors and 2 Juniors. There will be an interview. I am looking for someone who has good phone and personal communications skills, has been at TTA for 3 or more years, is coachable, is capable of completing tasks, is capable of multi-tasking, has good typing skills, can navigate Excel and other Microsoft programs and has a passion to help take TTA to the next level.
