Coach Curtis C. Kell has two daughters, Abby and Annie and one son, Dusty. He is the grandfather of two and enjoys fishing, boating, golf, cars, and target shooting. In 2002, Coach Kell was inducted into the Georgia Sports Hall of Fame and in 2006 he was honored and inducted into the National Football Foundation Hall of Fame.
On November 4, 2006, Coach Kell will be inducted into the College Football Hall of Fame at Neyland Stadium in Knoxville, TN. Coach Kell ranks at one of the Vol’s best road-pavers in school history, and Kell is the last UT lineman to earn the Jacobs Award for the best blocker in the SEC twice. We are very blessed to have Coach Kell on our coaching staff. |
